Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Biscotti

The combination of dried cranberries and white chocolate chips make this biscotti a little sweeter and richer than some other biscotti. They are topped with a little drizzle of melted white chocolate and each one is a fruity, mild chocolate sensation.
