Chocolate Walnut Bourbon Balls

This confection starts with dark chocolate cookie crumbs, finely chopped walnuts, Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Chips, a little powdered sugar, corn syrup and 100 proof Southern Comfort. Each rum ball is rolled in cocoa powder or raw sugar granules and served in a foil candy cup.
