Rouxful Gourmet Ultimate Brownies

The original recipe source for these brownies was the Hershey’s Chocolate cookbook. We use only Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder and chocolate chips for both the batter and the ganache topping. The ganache for each brownie is decorated with nuts or white chocolate ‘zebra’ stripes and flavored with Godiva, Framboise, Grand Marnier, or other liqueur and yields a truly sumptuous dark chocolate experience!
